Playing with cats benefit hugely both of you. Among playful cat breeds, Abyssinians rank high. They are full of energy and always ready to be on the move. They are absolutely not couch-potatoes. If you are willing to make a time for them, you can exercise with them at home. They can make you pant if you are really for it. The more you play with them, the more they love you. Or at least, they see you as
one large nice cat.
What Playing with Cats Can Give You
OFFICE, POINT BREEZE KINGDOM — EARLY AFTERNOON
Servant H is browsing something on the screen.
Johnny comes into the room and jumps on the desk.
Why are you looking at cat pictures while you serve me?
It’s modern day habit everybody possess even if they have a cat.
Strange is the word. Before I started to serve you, I never ran around inside the house.
That’s good for you, H! We, Abyssinians are playful breed! You can exercise with me, you don’t have to go to the gym to get your body some movement.
Well, you are right. It’s always amazing to look at how you jump down on the stairs and kicked at the wall to change direction. You look like an Olympic athlete.
I agree with you. If there’s an Olympic for cats, I would win a gold medal on
Jump off down the stairs and kick the wall game.
I absolutely am glad that we moved down to this place last year. It’s much much larger than the first Kingdom in Tokyo where we reside in. And those stairs the big bonus!! So many shelves, so I can hide anywhere I want…
You are full of energy. And when you focus on say a bird chirping outside the window, you forget everything else and don’t realize your agitated tail drop the green plant off from the bookshelf. You know that, don’t you?
You sure? did I? I don’t know about it. Ask my tail.
You have such short memory, Your Majesty.
Oh, you praise me well, H! I live in “NOW”! I don’t need past memories. Yay!
PONIT BREEZE KINGDOM – EVENING
Where are you, Y?
He must be in the bathroom since he was running water in the tub.
OK. I have something to talk to him.
Johnny went upstairs, sat in front of the bathroom.
Y, open the door!
The water is still running, Y didn’t hear Johnny. Y was dozing on and off in the tub.
Y!! OPEN THE DOOR NOW!!
Johnny’s furious protest woke Y up in a violent way, he almost hit his head on the wall.
What’s about it, Your Majesty?
Y was saying while he turned the tap off. He slowly stood up and opened the door for Johnny.
Johnny stormed in. He acted as if nothing was a problem at all. King’s dignity.
What is it all about, Your Majesty? I was almost drawn.
I came here to save you.
No, no. You talked to me LOUD so I was shocked and almost hit my head and drawn…
Now your story is a little inflated. Anyway, you get yourself clean and see me now, you should be happy now.
As soon as Johnny said, he left. Y wiped water off, put on a night clothing and went downstairs.
How was your bath?
Servant H asked Y while she’s giggling.
You heard us. King woke me up violently and he ruined my bath time.
Is that right? He wanted you to greet him after you came back, but you rushed into the bathroom. He just wanted to see you and say hi.
Did he? Well. We sure had a time together tonight.
Don’t be so hard on our king. He misses you all day when you are away for your work.
He doesn’t show it even a little.
Y drinks water out of a tall glass.
That’s because he is a king. He has his position to stand.
Johnny secretly came under the sofa where Y is drinking water.
Hmm, I understand because I have my position at my workplace, too. I never thought about myself playing with cats before I started serving him, though.
Soon as Y forgave Johnny in heart, Johnny pounced on Y’s right calve.
Y splashed water around from his glass.
The benefit of playing with cats would be doubled or tripled if it’d be with Abyssinians. Basically, they are easy going, fun loving and very playful breed. They watch humans very closely. And wait for the chance to play a new game every opportunity he gets or creates. They are very intelligent so they don’t push hard when humans are angry or down. Very perceptive, too. So that we can be great partners with Abyssinians!
