Where’s our king, H?
Ah, I think he is on the day watch at a sash bar on the dining area.
Is he? I missed him.
He must be behind the curtain.
Oh, I see. I’ll go look for him.
Servant Y walks up to a sash bar and found Johnny behind the green curtain. He pulls the curtain a little bit.
Oh, hey, Y. What’s up?
I am doing pretty good, your majesty.
That’s good.
As soon Johnny greets servant Y, he turned his head back to the window.
Servant Y is standing beside him.
Y, you need anything?
Oh, no. Not really.
Now why are you still standing here? I’ve no order for now.
Oh, I am watching your back, your majesty.
Watching my back? Interesting. I allow you to stay here.
I appreciate your word, your majesty.
Servant Y strokes Johnny’s head gently. Johnny raises his chin up to be rubbed.
Johnny and servant Y keep looking out the window for a good time together and both look content.
I have to remind you that Y had no intention to be one of cat lovers years ago. But when he saw Johnny, he’s hooked. Abyssinians posses such powerful charm, not just their beautiful appearance, but their personality as well.
2. Needs his own space desperately

About the trip we will make this next month…
Servant H talks to servant Y, yet Y looks occupied with something at his desk.
Y? about the…
Servant Y looks up and see H.
Can we talk about it later, please?
But we gotta make a reservation as soon as possible.
It can wait. I’m busy with the current projects, we’ll talk about it later.
Oh.
Servant H left the office and went downstairs pouting.
Why’s the grumpy look on your face, H?
Y doesn’t listen to me. We have to make plans for the next trip.
He must be working away. Be gentle with him, H.
I know he’s busy, but…
I know you understand him. I understand him, too. I need time to be alone even while you need to talk to me.
Hmm.
I know when you need to be alone, like when you are feeling not so good or occupied with something. I can sense it, so I don’t bother with you such times as much as I can. Have you noticed that?
I see. You are right, your majesty. I appreciate that so much. We all need some distance and some time alone for ourselves. Right.
3. Anxious

Servant H looks somewhat agitated.
What’s the matter, H?
Y is still working at this hour. Unbelievable!
He’s with the very important project at the moment, right?
Yes. Still, I want him to have a good rest. Working all night doesn’t last and it can wreck havoc on his health.
H, I know you care about Y’s health. But rest easy. You stay healthy and it affects him in a good way. Both physically and mentally.
Me worrying too much won’t do any good, I know.
You’re worried about him means you care about him so much. It shows your heart, keep that feeling, H.
4. Open-minded and Adventurous
Johnny and servant H are in the living room lounging.
Mmm, something smells good.
Doesn’t it? Y is cooking curry in the kitchen, your majesty. Let’s go check it out!
Johnny jumped on the kitchen counter and sat there. H leaned to the counter. They look at Y cooking.
It’s almost ready!
It smells so good. You are a good chef! How hot is it, anyway? I want it to be moderate hot.
Alright. I’m gonna add some more hot pepper.
Said Y, sprinkle hot pepper powder vigorously.
Wait, wait, wait! Is it ok to add that much?!
It’ll be alright. I’ve put apple puree in it. It has to blend well.
Y served two plates of curry at a table.
Now, time to eat!
Go ahead and tell me if it’s good.
Y is confident that H is going to like it.
Soon as Y said that, H put a spoonful curry in her mouth. And she felt her tongue went numb immediately.
How is it?
H keeps her silent.
Johnny puts his nose close to H’s plate and…
Achoo!
Johnny gave a loud sneeze.
Are you ok, your majesty? I’ve tried a little different recipe and add more hot pepper this time.
Something in my nose tickling inside so bad…Achoo!
Johnny gave another sneeze and finally, H spoke out.
You are a good chef, but a little too bold! Too hot!
5. Sensitive

Johnny is meowing about something at the window.
You heard that? He must be looking at some birds.
Yeah. That’s one of it. But that meow is a sign of nature calling.
What’s that? How can you tell that?
It’s high time for him to excrete. And he has a tendency to make it dramatic.
Johnny meows louder now.
Ah, you saying right.
Now, he will begin to run down and back up the stairs. Watch.
After a few seconds, Johnny jumped off of the desk and ran down the stairs. Then back up again to upstairs. All the way he was meowing.
See? Now he’d be in the bathroom in any minute.
Soon as H said, Johnny makes noise by digging the pellet in the litter.
You sound like a fortune teller. Everything you said, Johnny followed.
Now I think I can hear a lot more thing in his tone of voice. You just be aware of his daily behavior attached to a time frame, you can predict his next move!
6. Careless

Johnny is playing hide and seek with the Y’s scattered clothing.
Stop messing around with Y’s clothing, your majesty!
Johnny doesn’t listen to servant H and keeps running around and scatter his clothing even more.
Enough!!
As servant H raised her voice, Johnny ran away quick.
Ahhhh!!
Johnny looks at H at a good distance.
H, I’m not bad. If someone is bad, that is Y. He scattered his clothing in the first place. I’m a cat and I can’t resist to jump in a pile of clothing, you know? He has to take care of it.
Hmmmm, you got the point… Anyway, it’s time to eat.
Servant H looks for servant Y.
Where are you, Y? Dinner’s ready.
What are you talking about? Y’s here.
Johnny says on the couch.
What? He must be upstairs.
Nahh. He’s here, open your eyes, H.
Servant H takes a good look at a living room. There is a book shelf, a couch, and some stools…
He’s on the couch behind me. You see?
OMG. I haven’t realized he’s laid here. Since he’s not responded… Is he breathing?
There is Y laying on the couch as if he were a part of the couch.
He must be really really tired. Now he became a part of the couch. He’s a hard worker. I understand him really well.
Do you?
7. Affectionate

How was your visit to your dear friend?
Oh, it was lovely. She made a small garden next to a garage and the big pot of olive tree was a nice touch. And the terrace was really amusing since it faces a park in front of her house, you can enjoy fresh air and the view. Her baby son was enjoying messing with her plants at the terrace.
Whoa! You have no problem with a small child? I don’t think you are so much fond of kids.
Well, that’s a thing of the past. people changes as season changes. So do I. I may be one of cat lovers but I like people as well. I held him for a few seconds and he was so heavy! Being mom takes a lot of work. I admire her a lot.
It’d be interesting when you have your own human baby. I can play with him, H! I teach him how to play hide and seek.
You see? we have an excellent caretaker in the house.
Definitely. Who acts like King, though.
Any problem with that?
Absolutely not.
Summary
Cat lovers and cats share a lot in common. They both are affection seekers and affection givers.
Being as cat lovers don’t mean he/she wants to be with a cat and pet him all the time. It’s quite opposite. They want to enjoy being together fully while they are together, and when they need their own spaces, they are so detached.
Cat lovers enjoy both being together and solitude. When cats and people are compatible, they develop better relationship and cultivate good features in each other. Bring out the best, so to speak.
One thing for sure is interacting with cats tell you a lot of things about yourself.
