It sure was! It’s a delight to have people who are smart and willing to share their experiences and opinions.
Sure. Plus they are gentle to me. That’s what matters to me the most.
I could tell that, your majesty. You were so content. They cuddled you so gently and praised you as an adorable cat, I mean a king. You are one sociable king.
Why not being around people? It’s fun! I cay say they were the best companion!
You tell us?!
2. Very Active
Johnny looks agitated, swings his hips like he’s swinging.
Gimme that! Gimme that!
We’ve been doing this “follow the ball” game for q while. Shall we take a break now?
Nooo! Now we gonna play hide and seek. Catch me if you can!!
Johnny and Servant H keep playing hide and seek, sometimes fetch balls and go after it.
Your majesty, we’ve had enough. Look at me I’m panting.
H is on the four, head hanging down.
One more throwing the ball, H!
H stood up and got the ball, threw.
Johnny ran after the ball, got it and brought somewhere out of H’s sight.
Your majesty? More play?
H searched on the first floor, no Johnny. He went up to the stairs, found the ball on the floor.
The door to the bedroom slightly opened.
H opened it found Johnny on the bed already taking a nap.
Abyssinians are very active and fun-loving cat breed.

You haven’t said a word today, your majesty. What’s wrong with you?
H, you’ve been looking not so good today. I can feel you feel little sick.
Oh, have you noticed that? I’m not feeling very well today.
Sure, you haven’t played with me yet. The way you move your body is different from other day. I guess you need some rest. So do I.
So what do you suggest me to do?
Go take a nap! I’ll follow your lead!
Abyssinians are very clever, analyzing the environment all the time. Their large ears catch even a slightest sound.
4. Self Grooming Guru
It’s time to get you cleaned!
I’m already nice and clean. Just kidding. I love you grooming my coat. Go ahead!
Johnny hangs his head to H’s arms and looks really content.
You push too much, your majesty.
Servant H is supporting Johnny’s head firmly so he won’t fall off from the counter.
Do I? Well, I can’t help. It feels too good.
Quite an amount of dead hair came off from Johnny pretty quick.
Now we are finished. Your coat is thick but short, so easy to take care of it.
You should know I take care of the coat myself by licking it all the time, I’m making your job easier.
Well, that’s your job in the first place, though.
H says in a small voice. Now Johnny is pushing his whole body against H’s arm.
You said something?
Oh, it’s not a big deal, Your Majesty.
They take care of themselves really well. They are the independent creature in the first place. That can make things easier for humans. Another good reason why Abyssinians make the best companion cat.

I’m downstairs. What’s it about, your majesty?
H! You should see this! Now!
So, what’s it about?
Johnny keeps meowing.
H climes upstairs.
Look at those little things on the ceiling!
Hmm? Any bug?
Servant H took Johnny in her arms and lifted him up to the ceiling.
Both take a good look at what it is.
… It’s a hole. They are tiny holes on the ceiling.
Johnny is repeatedly touching on those holes. Looks like he is trying to get something out of it.
They are just holes. Nothing in it, your majesty.
Johnny and H look at each other for a good moment.
Well, lift me down H. I’m done here. It was a quite entertainment.
Johnny left the room as if he was embarrassed.

6. Effective Communicatior
I’m back, your majesty. Where are you?
I think he was in the dining room. Would you take a look?
I am tired from the day’s work. Touching King’s sleek coat would relax me.
I understand it.
I AM BACK, YOUR MAJESTY. COULD YOU SHOW UP AND SHOW US YOUR NOBLE FACE?
There is no response from Johnny.
I think you have to show up yourself to highness.
WHERE ARE YOU, YOUR MAJESTY?
As soon as he said, Johnny meowed reluctantly.
What did you say?
He told you to come and greet him, otherwise, there’s no touch allowed.
Please no!!! I am coming along right away!
Servant Y is dragging his weary body off from the sofa and venturing into the dining room to find Johnny…

Servant H is holding Johnny in her arms and letting him see his face in the mirror.
Look, your majesty. You are so beautiful. Your coat is very unique, it’s called tick coat. It looks wild just like wild African cat.
Johnny doesn’t even look in the mirror. Looks like his mind is somewhere else.
Yeah. Not every cat has this gorgeous coat. Your fur is not just one color, but about three color graduation on a hair, it reflexes the light. Very fine quality. Are you listening to me, your majesty?
Of course, I am. You are telling me when’s the next time I can take a nap…
No, I am not. I am telling you…
Suddenly, Johnny fell off from H’s arms dashing to the window.
Johnny is looking out the window, meowing in a strange way like twitchily and wiggling his body.
Ah, you found a prey.
H sighs and sees a bird is taking small steps from right to left on the branch.
